Our client contacted us concerned about the cracking grout in their shower which had been remodeled two years prior. We discovered that water had been seeping behind the tile and grout revealing major water damage to the framing of the shower walls. The tile had been laid directly onto wood framing with no waterproofing of any kind; a disaster in the making. 

 

We carefully dismantled the shower to expose and dry out the framing and generously applied waterproofing to ensure a water-tight seal. We gave our client back their bathroom along with peace of mind.
